Do I have to be fit to start ?

No not at all! that's why we are here, to help you get in the best shape possible.

 

How much does is cost ?

£7 a session Adult or Child. You can pay as you go or receive a monthly invoice, the choice is yours.

 

Do you have any Joining fees ?

No joining fees or hidden costs, level playing field all the way through. 

 

What do you Teach?

Kickboxing, Karate, MMA, Self Defence, Life Skills, Character Education, Personal Development, Body Language, Tone-Ality and of course Common Sense.

Do i have to spar or fight ?

No, no pressure from us to spar. If however you do wish to we can help with that. We also have a six month no sparring policy for new starters.

Do i have to grade or can i just do the classes ?

To grade is a natural progression, most want to, but again no pressure from us.

 

Do you teach special needs children and Adults ?

Yes we do, whether your on the spectrum, wheelchair bound, able bodied or not we can and will help.

Do you offer School Courses and Seminars ?

Yes we do, all tailored to your exact needs and requirements.

Do you offer help on bullying and domestic violence ?

Yes we do, in a discreet and understanding manner.
